LAUNDRY

We handle laundry services like no one in Jakarta. With 3-stage water purifying processes, the water we used is literally drinkable and pure, all to ensure that when it cleanse your garments, they’ll come out bright and vivid. Combined with our vividColor™ and PureWhites™ techniques, we’ll do our best to deliver the best result possible. Our signature Shirt Service (which destined for all types of shirts), will ensure your beloved shirt is sorted, stain-treated, washed, and packed, then return to you in pristine condition.

DRY CLEANING

Besides the regular laundry services, we surely offer dry cleaning services to match your needs. Supported with imported chemicals and machineries, you can be sure that your dry-cleanables returned to you in its best.

SPEEDY TURN OVER

Most items will be professionally clean and return to you or the corresponding outlet within 1 (one) day only. Some other items, such as carpets, curtains, and vitrages will take between 3-5 days to be completed.

MINOR REPAIR

We do complimentary minor repair, such as button repair, seam repair, and stain removal. Ask our crew in our outlet for more details. Sorry we do NOT handle any type of alterations nor major repairs.

NOTES ON SPECIAL MATERIAL

In modern fashion world, we recognized the vast ranges of materials,fabric, and accessories that make up a masterpiece dress or meticulous shirt. There are good ones, but some flawed and poorly made materials do exist. At FILOLI, we take a great care in handling each garment, no matter how small or inexpensive it is, and most of the time, we will test
all garments in our state-of-the-art workshop for colorfastness, shrinkage, and temperature resistance. However, when all processes and techniques
known to clean your item fail, we will be honest and informed you immediately. Returning your item in its original conditions is our ultimate priority.

Literally almost all materials and type of garment/article!! From regular clothing to car seats, dolls to household goods, baby stroller to children’s clothing, wedding dress, shoes, dresses, jacket, race suit, bags, carpets, curtain and vitrage, and many more. If you have items in need for some cleaning, let us know and we’ll try.

THINGS WE DO NOT HANDLE

We are not equipped and trained to handle, repair, and clean leather goods. Leather is a very delicate material to handle and clean. Professional and separate technology needed to go a good job in performing leather cleaning. Therefore, we always be upfront and honest about leathers. However, we can refer you to others who specialized in leather.

PICK-UP AND DELIVERY by MOBILE FILOLI

We offer a pick-up and delivery service within Jakarta from Monday thru Saturday. It is a complimentary service, for a minimum of 5 pieces picked up, otherwise fee applies. Please send us an email 2 (two) days before your desired pick-up time.
